Session cookie PHPSESSID Used to remember if you have visited our site before in your current browser session to remember the preferences you have selected in the previous visit such as accessibility settings covering font size and the chosen language for the site. Expires after session.

SmartGiving respects confidentiality. We hold contact details and other relevant information, including financial details, about people who have contacted us or supported our activities. We will normally not disclose this information to anyone else without your permission. We may, however, disclose information in the following circumstances:

  • Unless you object we may share your contact details (but no other information) with KKL E&T and JNF Charitable Trust if we think you might be interested in their services.
  • We may also disclose information if we are required to by law, or if we believe it is necessary to prevent serious harm to you or to someone else. In most cases we will tell you before we disclose information without your permission, and we will always give you a reason for our disclosure.

We take care over the security of the information we hold, and we train our staff and volunteers in how to look after your information in a confidential manner.
