We hope that this update finds you well and safe.   

With the uncertainty at the moment with Coronavirus, we want to reassure you we are running business as usual with some changes to our normal practices and following all Government advice.   We are all working from home on secure systems and our platform is running smoothly.

The SmartGiving team are still here to support you with anything you require and we will keep you up to date with any changes.

We want to take the opportunity to remind you that you may want to top up your account via the following methods.

- If you are an online account holder, you can top up via your online account with a debit or credit card.

- You can pay over the phone – please email with your account number and phone number – one of the team will call you and take your card details.   

- You can do an online bank transfer – please ask for bank details.

- We are still accepting cheques.

With regards to charity vouchers, we are still processing these, however, under the current circumstances, it will take a little longer than usual.  For a faster turn-around, if you have an online account, we recommend using this.   

For those clients that are requesting a new voucher book, we are not currently printing them however we will send you blank vouchers which will have your account number on.
